We will personally inspect your property regularly to ensure it's kept to a high standard and being cared for.
We become your tenants by renting the property from you and then sub-letting each room on individual 6-month (minimum) AST contracts. We handle everything, so you only deal with us.
Renting a property involves many hidden costs that can reduce your monthly profit. We also cover all the general household bills.
We ensure only the best tenants through our strict vetting process. We take responsibility for lost rent, potential damage, and any tenant issues, including calls and emergencies. You'll also avoid void periods—most properties experience at least 6 weeks of vacancy per year, according to a Spare Room survey.
We aim to improve the living experience for our tenants. We provide fully furnished rooms in all of our properties that includes all bills, Wi-Fi and a regular cleaner.
We can even add value to your property
In some cases we can even add value to your property when repairing minor damages. If the property was set up for students, we can aim to attract working professionals. To achieve this we may need to re-decorate and refurnish to a high standard thus improving its condition which in turn adds value to your property.
You may be thinking the industry is tough and how would there be a profit for us to manage your property, how could we do it?
It may feel like we offer you a slightly lower monthly rent to you than a high street agent might. However, the benefits and guarantees we offer more than compensates so that your income actually increases. If partnering with a Social housing provider we may be able to offer you market value rent also.
You will have no void periods (an average of 1.5 months based on a Spare Room survey).
We provide a bi-weekly cleaning service for professional HMOs and an inspection service on all properties at no extra cost to you. This ensures the property is always well maintained and respected.
